I am 18 years old and i weigh 210. How do i loose weight fast?

I am 18 years of age and i weigh 210lbs. I am college and i am trying to loose weight the fastest way that i can. I would love to weigh at least 130lbs again or less.
I am 18 years of age and i weigh 210lbs and 5’0 in height i am also in college. I am looking to loose weight the quickest way that i can.

    Eat less. Drink lots of water. And walk three miles a day.

    Swimming and weight lifting, not heavy weights just enough where you can do like 20 repetitions. And try and find a diet as well.

    130Lbs lmao. Thats so fucking skinny. It all depends on how tall you are though and if its fat or muscle. Lose weight fast you can eat healthy, exercise multiple times a day, take supplements to help lose the weight even faster, go to the sauna to sweat and lose more weight. Make sure you eat a lot of protein so you’re at least building muscle and not just losing it. If you want to be 130Lbs you would have to be like 5″4. But since you’re 5″0 130Lbs is alright. That’s going to take some time to lose all that weight though since by your height I already know its mostly fat.
