how would a teen lose weight quickly?
i’m 13 and i’m in pretty good shape. i have been told i’m skinny and have a nice body. i’m about 122 pounds and about 5 ft 7.
im starting to get a little chubby around the waist and im looking for a way to lose that quick and get skinny again.

Junk food can range from burgers to those cookies that you always bought! Adding a lot of vegetables and fruits to your diet will help you. Also, drinking bouillon, a Haitian soup, made with filtered water will help you feel full.

The more of these you get into your diet, the better off you will be. Don’t eat a lot of fast food, or chips or stuff thats just bad for you. Stay away from the soda and exersice a few times a week.
