How to slim down my bottom and thighs quickly?
I just want to make my thighs and bottom a bit thinner cause my top half is ok its just the bottom thats the problem.
Any suggestions how to achieve it fairly quickly?

Squats and lunges are the best possible exercise for the butt/thigh area. Also not sitting on your behind all day! I know that’s my problem 😛
