How to loss belly fat … & that is the ONLY problem area am trying to get a flatter belly ??

ive tried push ups & what not it just too painfull & weight losing pills are dangerous SO what else i dont surgery or shots or any of the STUPID stuff what else is there to get rid of this 3 inch poooch…

    have you tried distance swimming or running? the workouts that are longer and drawn out reach into your fat stores and burn the fats rhere when your inital energy wears off. dont go too fast though, pace yourself and im sure that belly fat will go away eventually.

    Well you can’t just loose weight in one area..

    Cardio is great…sweat though

    also sit-ups, crunches, are great

    just be dedicated. I did sit ups wit a dumb bell in my hands to add more of a strain and i got results
