How to lose weight without being at risk?

I’ve just booked a holiday and i need to know how to lose weight within the next 4-5 months without putting my health at risk. I need to lose about 1st – 1st 1/2
Also, i’d like to know what’s the best way to tone the bottom of your stomach.

    Diet and exercise is the safest way. Count your calories make sure you are burning more than you are taking in. Also you cannot spot reduce fat. You have to lose body fat overall before to tone the stomach. You cant just do situps and expect fat to disappear from your stomach. So lower your bodyfat and your stomach will eventually tone up.

    As long as you’re not losing more than 2lb/week and you’re eating a balanced diet there are no health risks. Do this by eating 1000 less calories than you need per day depending on your activity level. Do not go lower than 1300 calories per day, increase exercise levels if you need to reach a 1000 calorie deficit by going under 1300 calories per day otherwise.

    The only way to have a toned stomach from top to bottom is by having a low body fat percentage. There are no exercises that targetedly removes fat there. If you want muscle there exercises like leg raises and hip thrusts targets that region the most, but it won’t change the appearance at all if your body fat percentage isn’t low enough to show muscle there.

    just start eating healthy foods with lots of fiber proteing and calcium. Nothing fried and no pastries or sugary foods, eat as natural as you can. Also, try and eat 6 SMALL meals a day to speed up your metabolism to burn up fat, and drink lots of water… now for exercise… just add in walking or any form of cardio for 30 min 3 x a week and you can add in some light weight training 2 to 3x a week.. adding some muscle also speeds up your metabolism.. good luck

    Glad you aren’t waiting until the last minute. You can easily lose about 10 lbs in the first two weeks and then about 2 lbs each week thereafter.

    The answer from Hott is good advice. Eat naturally. A good general rule of thumb is, if it’s packaged and processed and has a label on it with words you can’t pronounce, skip it.
