How to lose weight in about 9 months without any exercises requiring footwork?

I want to know some healthy lose-weight tips before I go to college, which is about 9 months from now. I have a foot problem, and can’t really walk well so jogging and any sport requiring footwork is out of the picture. Plus, I’m not very athletic either. I’m about 70 kg. I want to lose at least 15 pounds. I need some diet tips.

You can go on those gym bikes (or a treadmill) without going extremely fast… for others they might want to cycle for 30 minutes but you might need to do 1 hour to lose the equivalent amount of calories. You can also do stomach crunches, lift your legs up and down, etc. You can find all of the simple exercises on Google and Youtube.

A friend of mine has developed a system called Exercise Without Effort. I have not tried the system but I hear it works very well. I have included the link below. Let me know what you think.

If you want to lose weight, you need to two things: eat less and exercise more. Weight gain happens when you create a calorie surplus (eat more than you burn). Your body takes the excess calories and converts them to fat which get stored around your stomach, arms and thighs. The longer you remain in a calorie surplus, the more weight you’ll gain. To lose that weight, you need to do the opposite. You need to create a calorie deficit (start eating less than you burn).

Your first step is to figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis. Use a calorie calculator – http://calorieneedscalculator.com The number you get from this tool is what your body burns on a daily basis. To lose weight, simply eat less. It sounds a lot easier than it is but making small changes helps you adjust to a new lifestyle. Don’t think of this as a diet, think of it as a new life. Instead of eating foods high in sugars, white flour and saturated fat, go with fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, fish, lean meats, nuts and beans. In addition to eating less, you also need to exercise more. Start off at 1-2 times per week and work your way up to 3-5 times per week.

Don’t make all of these changes at once or you won’t be able to properly adjust to them. Generally, eating healthier foods will decrease your calorie intake. Compare a doughnut to an apple and you’ll see that healthy foods are lower in calories. You can find some more information at the Straight Health Forums – http://forums.straighthealth.com

Eat less, so it makes your stomach smaller, than after a few days of eating less it’ll be natural and you wont eat too much. your stomach is naturally about the size of your palm, but when you eat more it stretches your stomach out. so you have to get it back to its original size.

when you eat something you like, you start eating really fast. take time to enjoy every bite and all the flavor.

during the firsts few days of making you appetite smaller, drink water when you get hungry.

try to kick sugar totally out of you eating habits. its addicting and instantly melts to fat, which your trying to get rid of.

and during the times you eat, try to stay eating healthy.

you might think that your appetite is already small, and you already eat healthy, but youre wrong! i started doing this and lost 20 punds in the first 3 months! and i thought i ate small, healthy portions but i was wrong. theres always room for improvement! and after a while, this will become a lifestyle and you will continue to stay at the weight you want!

    i hope this helps!:DDD
