how to lose weight in a fast and easy way?

i just started to do a fruit diet. almost everything i eat are fruits and non-fat drinks. but im always tempted by chocolates and candies i see in my house, now it ruins my diet. how can i lose weight faster without putting alot of effort in it?

    Eating a chocolate or two every now and then is Not going to ruin your diet. Remember that you must treat yourself every once in a while so you won’t pig out later on!

    keep yourself busy and active… schedule every day for the next week or so with little acticities such as walking to the mall/shopping centre/town just to grab that milk carton.. or go see ur friends… do something where u dont need to eat.
    when u diet.. its almost like a challenge.. and i hate a challenge.. i always used to end up breaking it..
    i found that if i just ate a healthy breakfast (porridge with dried sweetened cranberries, and a banana)… it kept me full up till lunch time…
    keep your motivation levels high
    dont diet. thats the worst thing you can do! i hate dieting so much!!!
    the less effort you put in to diet.. the better you feel. thats sounds wierd i know but its true.
    just be yourself, eat what is truely necessary, dont eat anything that is REALISTICALLY not necessary.

    you should let yourself eat some candies, because if you dont, one day, youll be so tempted for some, that youll eat a whole bunch of it.
    u will lose weight with the diet your on (if u keep at it which i doubt) but as soon as u eat something else, youll gain the weight back and quick!

    2. start brisk walking 1-2 hrs a day

    3. drink only water,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

    4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..

    5. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your other efforts

    6. get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like

    7. always push yourself n never give up!

    No but you should try the Alli diet. What it does is blocks all the fat in whatever you eat, but be careful because if you eat to much it will make you have the runs. But exercise everyday, even if its just 20min. I already lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

    OK i have tried so many thing but i didn’t see no results.But then my moms friend told me i should go to a doctor and ask then what i can do to lose weight and they said to eat anything BUT it has to BE 100 GRAMS each 3 hours eat but remember it has to be 100 grams and in the 1 or 2 months you’ll see the difference.
