How to lose weight fast?(plz help I’m desperate)?

First of all I know it’s bad to go on crash diets and stuff and my doctor can lecture me about that later.I want to lose about 15 pounds in about 3 weeks(or less).
Please only mature answers.
I do 2 hours of cheerleading 3 days a week so I get plenty of excersive.
Also what do ppl mean they say eat 5 mini meals a day (or 7)

    drink a lot of water
    eat less than 400 calories in the morning and dont skip breakfast
    stay away from sugar, especially in the morning
    and stay away from pop in general
    eat lots of fruit and vegetables
    eat at least 3 meals a day
    and do cardio – running, walking, cheerleading, etc whatever you can do to get your heart rate up.
    if you have cheered for awhile your body is already used to that level of activity and to jumpstart weight loss you need to do something different good luck, you can do it
    5 lbs a week for a short period of time like 3 weeks is not unhealthy as long as you are doing it the right way and changing your habits like that

    5-7 minimeals means its better to breakup your eating throughout the day to keep you energized and help you not snack on bad things.

    Well I think it’s totally about self-control:

    Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

    Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

    Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

    Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
    Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

    Some other tips:
    DON’T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT’S AMAZING

    I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

    Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it’s good for your health

    And of course, do at least 50 abs per day
