please help!! i cry all the time when i look in the mirror because i have acne,i have a stomach,and i have no big breasts or butt…..i feel so unpretty sometimes and it hurts…im 16 years old and i dont know what to do….

I feel just like you. I’m 14, I have acne, I’m also fat and ugly. HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO ABOUT IT.
Truly, soda is the worse thing you can put in your body. Most Americans casually have soda. I’ll assume you do since most Americans, as I said, do. Drink less and less of it until you don’t drink it anymore. Just drink water when you’re thirsty. Also, instead of chips have pretzels. This really works.
As for exercising, what I do is walk five miles a day on the treadmil. Try listening to an iPod while doing it, it will be much less boring.
As for the acne try to put some cream on your face for that, I hope all of this helps! And good luck! You’re not alone!

to lose weight u don’t neccesarily need to change your diet but just go on a run once a day for 15-20 min and the weight will come off instantly.
As for acne, it’s caused by fast food and greasy foods so lay off on it.
Also scrub pretty well in the shower. try not to rub the skin off tho

I feel your pain…but don’t lose hope.
Things to do:
1. Go to doctor and get advice on acne. Most likely doctor will tell you to watch what you eat…usually oily foods sometimes contribute to having acne. He may even give you acne creams perhaps.
2. Losing weight – Don’t do diets…and don’t do fast dieting…
this NEVER works….focus on healthy eating. avoid hidden sugars…those low fat yogurt/items usually have loads of sugar in them…avoid takeaways like burgers, fries, chips, cookies, cream , and also softdrinks….these are junk foods.
3. do walking 30 minutes a day or so….
4. Don’t stress out…you have the world at you feet…
always think positive….
5. you may want to go to a gym and ask for personal assistance from a personal trainer..

Exercise is the best way to lose weight.
Try to remember that “losing 15 pounds in two weeks” is nothing to celebrate. It is important to realize that the more quickly weight is lost, the more likely the loss is coming from water and muscle, not fat.
Since muscle tissue is critical in keeping our metabolism elevated, losing it actually leads to a decrease in the amount of calories we can each day without gaining weight. Fat loss is best achieved when weight is lost slowly. Strive for a weight loss of no more than 1-2 pounds per week. One pound of weight is equivalent to 3500 calories. By making small changes like eliminating 250 calories a day from food and expending 250 calories a day from exercise, you can lose one pound (of mostly fat) per week.
Exercise for weight loss and for your general health, but do it all with good measure. Rome wasn’t built in a day either.
