It is feasible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 6 pounds during the last couple of weeks when I had a special celebration to attend, and I did it by following the instruction supplied on the web portal in the box below.

I advise you to exercise 3 times a week for at least 1/2 hour. Also, try taking a walk everyday, even if it’s just going up and down to the shops. It helps 😉
Ps avoid junk food if you can!

Losing weigh FAST in NOT healthy. If you cut back the right amount of calories and fat your body will lose weight at its own pace naturally. Make sure you cut out all sodas from your diet and refined sugars. Try to cut back on beef and eat chicken or fish instead. Exercise by doing cardio about 5 days a week and try to do strength training. Strength training will help you gain muscle and tone up and will help in the fat burning process. Make sure you drink at least 64 ounces of water!! You may even need more than that if you start exercise a lot.

This is what works for just about everyone. You don’t need diet pills or anything unnatural to lose weight. Of course, the “diet and exercise” part is essential, but there are other little things that can go a long way, such as:
1.) Still allow yourself to eat off limit foods, but in moderation. If you deprive yourself of foods you crave all the time, your body will want it more and more, leading to a binge, which will result in weight gain.
2.) If you don’t like exercise, find other ways to get active. Try buying a Wii fit (costs $ but it really fun), or try spinning classes, or even go for a walk outside since the weather is getting nice.
3.) Eat small meals. I know you have probably heard this all too many times, but really, starving all day and then eating a big huge meal will only make your body keep the weight or even gain weight. What you should do is eat a little less, but not so much as less, but eating more healthy. And eat healthy snacks and mini meals throughout the day and it will keep you feeling fuller, and help to prevent overeating. Plus keeping a little bit of food in your system will ensure that your body is constantly burning some type of calories.
Those are just the main tips I can give you. From experience, I’ve had good results losing weight quickly (about 3 pounds a week, which is considered very fast) by not only limiting eating too much food, but mostly being aware of what I eat, being mindful when I eat, and just enjoying eating in moderation. Also, with the help of exercise, weight can come off pretty fast.
And one last thing, you don’t want to deprive yourself of food. That will only make you feel hungry all the time, which will usually end up in a binge. So limit your food to about 1500 calories a day (or about 500-800 calories less than what you would normally eat to maintain your weight). And soon, you WILL lose weight. Because it is human nature that when you burn more than you eat, you will lose weight and fat.

You should combine diet and exercise.
There are many types of diet around but I dont offer you to use one of them. All diet plans work different for each person. Maybe when you choose one, it is not the right one for you. I offer you to choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them.
And your diet meal plan should include 5-6 small meals in a day. Eating less and often is the best choice to speed up our metabolism, balance our blood sugar level and stop hungry. Of course 5-6 small meals include snacks. Best and healthy snack choices are fruits, nuts, dried fruits, yogurt and fruit juice.
Dont take fat,sugar,sweet,fastfoods to your diet.
It is well-known to drink 8-10 glasses of water in a day helps you to burn more calories besides its health benefits.
Eat every 3 hours in a day.
You say your exercises dont work. Maybe you do moves in a wrong way. Doing exercise moves right is really important to get results. You should check how you do them and maybe you should choose different exercises. I exercise 4 days a week and other 3 days my rest day. You can do the same or exercise more. Exercise at least 1 hour before or after meal.
