how to lose weight fast at 18?

i am 140lbs and i wanna lose weight in my stomach fast but easy crunches are not helping at all and i do 100 of them a night. but all it seems to do is tighten my abs not lose fat and its really stressing me out

    Cardio…LOTS of cardio.

    Biking,running, kick boxing, swimming, ect.

    you need to include some cardio to burn fat jumping rope is great do at least 10 minutes a day and that should make a difference

    You have to burn calories to lose weight and crunches don’t burn many calories. They do exactly what you described. To burn calories you will need to do cardio exercise, such as running or aerobics.

    Just change the way you eat because that’s mostly what the problem is. You can eat everything you normally eat you just have to eat half of what you would. Eat a lot of celery it reduces calories.

    i only ate 3 times a day but healthy stuff and when you wake up walk 15 min. then jog 30. but you still have to work out at least 1:30min.

    You can’t gain weight fast and you can’t lose it fast.

    To simplify:

    Caloric intake MUST be less than caloric use. Full stop.

    Eat well and exercise.
