How to lose weight fast and get in shape!?
okay so i want to lose my belly pudge before spring break in april. and just get in shape generally. (not that i already am not, cause i am…) but i just want the sorta visible abs, and no love handles..
so can anybody tell me what to eat, and how to work out?!

why dont you eat one less meal a day like stop eating lunch and whenever u want to eat just think do i really need that

Start eating healthy foods.
Cut out ALL soda and sugary snacks.
And just find some exercises that you like to do. 🙂
I know that’s some pretty cliche advice, but if you don’t eat healthy and exercise, you’re not going to see results.
