How to lose weight fast and easy.?

I am looking for an easy way to lose wieght, I am 18 so do not want to take diet pills, however if anyone can recomend any good ones i will try!

I eat a healthy diet and walk most days but still feel out of shape is there anything i can do?

    eat healthy meals and if you feel you need to snack then have a piece of fruit.
    sleep regularly and why not get a dance mat or wii fit

    There is so much material available in the market, so many experience people. It’s always confusion what to follow.
    I am also doing research in the same area for the last couple of weeks and found some thing which I would like to share with vast community.
    I am going to gym for the last 3 weeks and partially following the below formula.

    I lost almost 6 kgs in the past 3 weeks because of Undiet plan+ exercise. I have never felt so happy and as soon I am shedding my weight I am becoming more conscious what to eat and what to avoid.
    Remembering that one biscuit means running 10-15 minutes on treadmill so if you are avoiding unnecessary stuff, you are doing best for your body.

    To me, I go to gym daily (against the belief 5 days a week). Run 10 minutes on treadmill (fast) then do exercise (depending on my priority). Total time in gym is approx 50 minutes. Treat myself sometime with Steam & Sauna.

    You can do the exercise at home as well.

    theres no sure fire way to lose weight fast and even when you do you usually put it back on anyway but as you said you already eat healthily so keep that up and try and do more exercise i got myself a bike and i can feel a difference in my energy levels already and it probably lose weight too but i would take up swimming and other cardovescular exercises maybe join a gym or get yourself a nintendo Wii sports and also other sports types games and find out how many of your friends are into keeping fit and get them involved too.

    A lot of the diet pills do not work. There are some very good programs that can teach you exactly what to eat and how to exercise without a lot of time. I found a program that worked for me.

    Well in gym she made us run every other day the first day 1/4 mile the 2nd 1/2 mile the third 3/4 mile the 4th a full mile and the fifth a full mile. I didnt even eat any “healthy diet” so with you and your healthy diet ull be good in no time.
