How to lose weight fast and build muscle without steroids?
I am 226lbs and in the 11th grade. I need to lose some of this weight. I am on the varsity offensive line, we are ok, but not great. I want to get faster, but i dont know how. Working out with the football team is working, But i want to get even faster and stronger!! I need help, please!!!!!!

Eating healthy, (following the food pyramid) and cardio and weight lifting will help. Running and jogging around would also help too, I’d imagine.

Well at max workout(without over working) you can lose all your fat in about 1-2 months. Building will take 2-5 weeks. Shaping, I’m not crazy about it but I still don’t know how long it takes. These steps worked for LOTs of people and should work for you.
1: Ask your parents to have a diet. Eat your vegetables! If this doesn’t work punish yourself by eating brussel sprouts and/or quitting fast food for a month. Repeat this while doing a few aerobics and you’ll lose some weight.
2. Let’s build. But this is the part where you need to have the most patience you need. Start doing some Bicycle Crunches for Abs, Narrow Pull-Ups for Back, Lifting for Biceps, and Pushups for Chest/Pecs. Do this every Monday and Thursday. On Tuesday, Wenesday, and Friday do Aerobics to get you blood flowing. On weekends do a little resting to rebuild your stamina. I’ve been doing this for quite a while but I’m not impatient or anything.
3. Let’s Shape Your Muscles! I don’t know much about shaping but you could look it up.

need to lose weight fast ? jog lightly and jump rope 4-5 times a week…the pounds will start flying off!! And you will be sculpting your ENTIRE body as well! as for building muscle, lift weights 3 times a week but dont overdo it. you already have enough on your plate, with football practice & all.
