HOw can you possibly care how much you weigh at your age?

It’s typical around puberty to start gaining weight because your hormones are starting to fluctuate. Watch what you’re eating. Make sure you’re eating a balanced diet. Involve yourself in physical activities instead of doing low-energy activities like watching tv or playing video games.

110-120lbs is healthy for your height. Just do normal excercises and eat a little healthier and work hard and you will eventually get down to whatever weight you want to be at

I think if you took stupid pills your body would stop working. You need smart pills.

Try cutting down on food, I lost over 40 pounds by just cutting down on eating, like I’d try to eat as little as possible everyday, like you can try to find your limit. I figured out it was only hard the first three or four days, and you lose pounds extremely fast… I also noticed that I lost the most weight and it was easiest to only eat at around four and go to bed before I get hungry again so at like 10 oclock, and I ate like 1 sandwich at 4,but I was a bit older, male and weighed more so I guess you can eat even less… But I’m not sure how healthy it is, I didn’t really care about that and to tell you the truth I did that for aroung 1 month and felt fine.

You really don’t need to lose weight. I’m only 14 but when I was 11 I felt the same way. I wanted to only lose a bit of weight in the beginning and then I just got obsessed with it after not even a year I stopped eating. I went from 105lbs to 67lbs. My mom took me to the hospital and I had to stay there for a month of my life. Then just until a month ago I’ve been going to a psychiatrist about it. It was terrible and I highly recommend you dont make the same mistake.

    Give up soda
If you drink a soda or 2 a day you are adding empty calories. If you find it hard to stop
completely, cut back at first and drink water instead.

    Eat 5 times a day
Start with breakfast. The more you eat for breakfast, the less food you will want to eat at night. Please, don’t skip this meal as you’ll end up devouring everything in sight for the rest of the day. You don’t need to gobble up 5 large meals, just 3 meals of a sensible size and 2 delicious yet low calorie snacks. Eat sensibly so your body doesn’t crave for food. If you treat your body right it won’t demand for more attention!
