How to lose some weight and get muscular quick?

Hey,
I have a jiujitsu tournament coming up within the next 6 month. Right now I weigh about 220 lbs. I want to be at least under 200 and maybe about 180 by the end of the next 6 months. I want to know how to lose a good amount of weight without starving myself and gain a good amount of muscle at the same time.

    Its impossible, you have to focus either on gaining muscle, or losing weight. In order to loose weight, you have to burn more calories than you take in over the coruse of a day. In order to build muscle, you have to have a surplus of calories at the end of the day so your muscles can use the calories to grow. the best thing for you to do would be, loose as much weight as you can over the next 3 moths, then bulk up the remaining 3.
