You didn’t say how much weight you need to lose. But basically losing weight just means that you are going to burn more calories than you take in. That can be per meal, per day, per month, ect. So based on my basic statement, you can lose weight if you burn more calories than you are now and if you eat the same amount as you do now or eat less. Or you could eat less than you do now and burn the same number of calories or more than you do now. There are a lot of people who probably can change just a couple things in their diet and lose weight without trying too hard. I know this because there are a lot of people who don’t eat (or drink!) properly. Take any empty calories out of your diet for good, like soda pop, candy, anything else with a lot of added sugar or sugar like substances. I read somewhere how many calories a person needs to take in extra each day to gain some weight. So if you search for that and take that many calories out you will lose the amount of weight they refer to in that article.

I tried to lose weight for months before I was able to find a way to successfully lose weight. Instead of rewriting the article I found, you can read it here. http://ow.ly/1tU9l

Do not be a couch potato. It is the easiest thing in the world to become a couch potato. You know what we are talking about don’t you’ That shapeless thing that sits or reclines on a shapeless chair in front of the television and stupidly munches away at something fried! If you are inclined to become a promising old couch potato, break the habit, cut at the very root of the vine. And you want to know what the best way is for that’ Take away that favorite chair of yours. In fact, it would be a very good idea if you could keep a chair that isn’t too comfortable in front of the TV. This will discourage any tendency to become a couch potato.

You got to at least begin some warm up exercises before you get into any heavy stuff. Let your body muscles get used to some exercises. If you are unable to focus, then just stick to some simple exercises to make yourself flexible. First get your fats out of your body. For that I’d recommend any good diet pill like phentramin-d. Use it, lose weight and take control over your appetite. Once you lose enough weight, prepare for building on muscles. You can try heavy exercises then. Read some reviews and product details on diet pill: http://www.phentermine-forums.com/phentramin-d/
