When you lose fat you lose it eveywhere, not in one specific place…and yes- along with proper nutrition you will lose fat with running.

The best way to burn fat is to consume less food and workout more, the problems arise when we really aim to put that into practice! There are loads of temptations in the big wide world aren’t there?! No you cannot spot reduce I’m afraid. It depends on your genes. When you lose weight (by exercising and eating more healthily/less), you will lose fat from all over but your genes will determine whether it will first come from your thighs/face/stomach etc.

You can’t target fat in a certian area of your body. If you lose fat, your body will choose where you lose it. The only way is to just lose fat & some of it will come from your stomach & some of it will come from other places. Also, if you tone your muscles you will lose some “jiggle” & it will look better even if there is still some fat there.
