How to lose fat around the thigh area?

My thighs aren’t huge, and I’m not overweight- I’m 15, 5′ 4″ and I weight 115 lbs, but my thights do have some slight fat that I would like to get rid of. Any suggestions on how to do this? Thanks!

    The best way for women in your situation to lose fat is by muscle-building exercise, not cardio. Join a gym and do the following exercises:

    Hip adductors and abductors
    Gluteals
    Squats

    You will be quite sleek in no time.

    girls are suppose to have thick thighs, that just goes along with having wide hips, a butt and boobs… I think its hot

    btw, you can’t spot reduce fat, it comes off all over your body at the same rate. Also, as girls mature, their body fat percentage increases substantially, they store fat in the boobs, butt, hips and THIGHS. It’s your bodies way of storing up enough energy to be able to easily support a pregnancy. Like I said, curves are attractive to a guy, you don’t want to be like straight legged, no hips, no chest and boyish looking, that isn’t as attractive to guys.

    Swimming. Swimming is the best way to lose fat around your thighs. It’s normal to have ‘fat’ thighs. And what you think is fat, isnt. It’s just from your perspective. Look in the mirror and i’ll bet your thighs don’t look big. Especially when your sitting down. Thighs look big sitting down because all the ‘fat’ that goes around your whole leg is squished. Dont worry about it 🙂
