Pay no attention to that “fasting” spam above.
There is no way to lose 20-25 lbs. in a month. Your weight is PERFECT for your height. But if you really do have some fat there, then you have to start working out those areas to build muscle. What does muscle do?? It burns fat! It’s the ONLY thing that burns fat. Just eat right—no junk/fast food or sodas and exercise for an hour every day. You really should have started this weeks ago.

Losing weight doesn’t put muscles there. The best thing for you to do is start running, eating better (little to no sweets, lots of fruits and veggies), and work out. Also, when you burn fat, you can’t pick and choose where it comes from. For example, doing situps will make your abs stronger and tighter, but it won’t make you lose belly fat faster than a leg exercise.
In my opinion, running is the best way to lose weight and get in shape. Plus, it’ll tone up your things. To define your chest, try doing some bench press and do some ab workouts to define your stomach. Try not to use too much weight since you’re young.
As for the running routine, try going for a run, running for 5 minutes, then walking for 5, then running 5, and walkig another 5. Then, gradually increase your running times and decreasing your walking times. Jog at about the pace where you could hold a fairly normal conversation with someone so you’re not sprinting. Good luck!
