How to lose belly fat really fast?

I’m 12 and I have some ?’s about my body weight. I’m 5 1 ish and I weigh 113, is that overweight?? Also, I have belly fat that I want to get rid of really fast, I dont have alot of time, how can I get rid of it fast? I know that I shouldnt be concerned but I really want to lose this fat and maybe 2-5 lbs. Please help me!!!
I cant really excercise though because I hurt my foot but I can still walk
all of my friends are soo skinney and when they say that there soooo fat, it makes me feel bad because they are like 85 lbs. and I’m as big as I am.

    hi , you can lose weight even if you didn’t exercised and by eating your 3 main meals normally and with the right quality and quantity and in between the meals eat light snacks like slices of carrots and cucumber that will make you feel full most of the time and you will end up eating less in the main meals that will burn your reserve fat around your waist and belly and your body will be firmed and toned in a few days even if you didn’t workout best of luck and enjoy your life

    Answer to the Question – Seriously, you don’t sound overweight, and I think you have nothing to worry about. Also, if you’re friends are 85 pounds and calling themselves fat, then there’s a problem – a major problem! You guys are unfortunately victims of the myths of beauty and health which plague the West. None of you need to be concerned about your health, especially at your ages and ESPECIALLY at your weights. Advertising and publicity tell you that you are not good enough, or that your body is not good enough, and that you need to either buy some product to help you become “good enough” or to drastically change your lifestyle in order to fit in to the crowd of people who have already sold out to these lies. YOU DON’T NEED IT! You sound fine. Enjoy life. A little bit of belly fat is healthy anyway! (Bet you never heard anyone say that before, but it’s true!) Fat insulates your body against the cold, cushions and protects your bones and internal organs, and is an excellent storage for energy. It’s not all bad, and since you are not overweight (and neither are your friends) you don’t need to worry about it, ok?

    I am 19 years old and i a’m 5’7. I am 248 pounds and have doing the water diet. I am out of comission because if my back. It seem like because of that gravity is pulling my somach down. But i really need a good plan that will work for me. because i want to be in shape for beach season.
