How to loose weight quickly 14 year old boy?

Hi.
I am 14 and I have been working out a lot since around March and I’ve been lifting weights etc but only seeing little results. I also cut down the amount of bad foods, but I am not seeing results quick enough and I need to be slim by the summer time. What else can I do? I heard from someone that if I just basically stop eating then once I loose enough weight I begin working out dramatically and then I’ll have muscle and I’ll go back to eating etc..

I doubt that will work though..

What can I do? I am not that much over weight, but I have fat on me still, and I want it gone by the summer.

THanks

See, since you started working out, you gained muscle and lost fat.
the fat loss and muscle gain balance up, so you think there’s no difference… you should look at your body, not at the scale.
If you stop training now you’ll lose a LOT of weight. Muscle, not fat.
What I suggest is – eat healthier and do some cardio in addition (Running is great – but do resistance and cardio on seperate days).

I have lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you’ll want to keep going.
    Good Luck
