i work out and i need to keep it off and i cant use any of that stuff
i work out evey day i use 100 lb weight and walk 3 mil. a day and i am 220

    if you don’t need to keep it off long, get rid of your water weight. make yourself pee as much as you can..creatine makes you pee, look into that. make yourself sweat. take some laxatives. be careful not to dehydrate yourself though, that’s obviously quite serious.

    if you gotta keep it off for a long time, theres no fast way to do it. eat better and work out.

    Drugs and pills dont work. Well I guess meth does, but thats stupid. The best way to lose weight is to get sleep, work out in the mornings before breakfeast, drink plenty of water, and watch what you eat. There is a secret that people dont know, wanna hear it. The secret is to burn more calories than you take in.

    There the secrets out, all the diet pills companies will be trying to stop me now. Seriously though one thing you need to keep telling yourself is “you didnt put it on overnight, so Its not going to come off overnight” I know someone that lost 50 lbs in 3 months all she did was watched here diet, and walked for 45 min 2 x a day.
