How to loose weight fast and make your self look prettyer?

I wanna loose weight as fast as possible i feel fat and i’m over my BMI.
I also want tips on how to look better, like how to clear up my skin, make my teeth whiter, my hair nicer. Maybe with just natural things/ that i can get in the house. Lol.

Please tell me some tips. :3

    You will lose if you eat in small plate 3 times and eat around 1000 calories a day and 2 times between which meal you can eat some fruits to keep your system on. Also you will make some exercise walk for 40 to 60 minutes a day. Try every month to put 10 minutes a day more until you can do 1 and a half hour a day. Be persistent and you will se the different. I have seen a free diets on the page on my sources day offer two diets and tips for make exercise.

    Did you know the BMI was invented by a mathematician? And he abhorred its use by the huge and greedy diet industry, as well as lazy doctors who cant be bothered to give accurate diagnosis, relying on BMI nonsense instead.

    So learn to like yourself, love the body your in.

    Eat a balanced, regular and sensible diet, with ‘normal’ exercise will help your fitness, and with that try and relax more, learn to get rid of stress, this will help your complexion.
    Don’t rely on squeezing krap out of a tube. but use mild soap on your face, even some old fashioned bar soaps work well, and wash with warm/hot water, rinse then rinse again with clean cold water, which will close your pores.

    For hair to look its best, don’t wash it every day, instead every other day, never use combination shampoo and conditioner, use a cheap CHEAP shampoo, which will clean your hair and scalp, then use a very good, conditioner that is suitable for your hair, and leave it in your hair for more than 3 minutes and less than 7.

    For teeth, invest in an electric toothbrush, dont go using bleaches or peroxides as that will destroy the enamels, and you will end up having to spend a fortune to make it right again when your teeth lose all colour and appear yellow.
    Toothpaste should be chosen carefully, some quite advanced technologies are going into production now, but they still haven’t quite cracked the solution (to be honest, they dont really want to solve it all – huge loss of revenue then).
    Don’t smoke, and again eating sensibly will help, and floss too.

Next your teeth, although it tastes very nasty, try using peroxide. just don’t swallow any of it. now it will foam up in your mouth, but the longer you keep it in your mouth the whitter your teeth will be. Lastly, i’m not sure about what is going on with you hair, but i have dry hair, and i use slightly warmed egg white and my hair, for 5-10 mins once a week, i’s not that hard to get out and it will give you the shine smooth affect. also i use mayonaise once a month for the exta mosture. hope it help. common items can be very helpful when it comes to beauty tips. ps i think your pretty anyways
