How to help a friend lose weight Quickly?

My friend is 12 years old and reads obese on the BMI chart. What can i don to help her weigh a little less than a hundred pounds. Please make this a free, quick, and EASY way!!!!!!

    Under 100 pounds is gross…
    no one like a bag of bones.
    Excersise with her, get her to eat healthy foods, like chicken, fish, shrimp, seafood, fruit, veggies, scallops, mussels, clams, oysters, and asian cuisines are healthy 🙂

    There is nothing to “flush out” on a 12 year old.

    I am gonna guess that she is not active. Find an activity that interests her (sport, dance, etc.) and go with it. Even chasing frisbees is exercise.
