    just eat less lol…so many people want to look slimmer, yet they binge on muffins and foods all day long

    I think there’s one thing that people do not take into account, Wanting to get a fit body means your whole life routine will change, you have to be ready for this, which means you’ll never stop lazying around or stand infront of the tv for more than an hour, after your workout keep doing something like tiding up your room etc. and take the whole night to rest. go to bed early, wake up lately (latey means at least having head 8 hours of rest during night). train and lift weights eat enough, concentrate on protein food more than fatty food. Just organize yourself, getting fit is a challenge, give it heart and soul to win it.
