    I’d strongly recommend a book called Stronger Abs and Back. See the link below for Amazon’s pricing.

    The book will allow you to select multiple exercises from their list and customize your plan for what you want or feel comfortable doing. The last part of the book describes how to take your chosen exercises and implement a 24 week plan with them.

    Be aware that if what you’re looking for is well-definined abs (six pack, etc) then it’s not just about muscle development. Most people need to have a fairly low body fat to show their six pack off. I’ve found that out myself and am going to be doing a lot of cardio to get my six pack to show properly!
