How to gain muscle and healthy Weight?
I am quite skinny and I know that everyone has abs and arm muscle but its just the fact of showing them and making them stick out more, I really want to gain some healthy weight so I can bring my muscle ambitions forward. Any Suggestions on how I can gain healthy weight and become muscular?

good combination of diet and work out.
You have to increase by a lot your calories intake (separated in 5-6 meals). You must be taking a lot of protein(eggs fishes chicken etc) less carbs and lesser fat. If you are above 18 you could take some supplements as well.
Now about the work out. You should work your abbs twice a week and every other muscle once a week. more than that would drive your self in a catabolic state and you will be losing muscles.
