How to bet rid of lovehandles and belly fat?

I am about 5’4 and I weigh 118 pounds. My body is okay but I’m not exactly “even”. I do have a very high self-esteem but I am nervous about wearing a bikini. If there is any way to get rid of belly fat and lovehandles please let me know. In my condition i want to know how long it will take my to get rid of this. I want to lose atleast five pounds 😀
