how teen guy can lose weight and get slimmer fast?
im 14 and male. i got quite a bit of belly fat and bum fat. i have a bit of fat on my face. thats it. How can i get these areas slim, and be thin and have anice body? what are exercises that i can do at home and the gym in order to lose this fat fast? pls help. thanks

All the doctors and nutritionists say targeted weight loss is unlikely, specifically in the waist and belly areas, but I managed it with acai berry. I realize they say that pills do not work, but they definitely worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too. Cardio exercise definitely helps, but mostly it’s what you EAT. It’s good to eat lots of fiber.
Here’s my diet – I eat diet cookies (yummy chocolate chip) that are packed with fiber, so it makes you go to the bathroom at least 2 times per day, so it cleans out your body. And also I replace 1 meal per day (lunch or supper) with a diet shake and a diet cookie.

you just need to get some cardio going. Weightlossdiscs are excellent as they have no joint
impact but great cardio benefit. You will notice your belly shrink!! Good luck!!
