How should i lose weight fast, and am I fat, fix sweaty hangs, and stop biting nails?

well im 13 years old and i weight 114 and im 5’2 or 5’1
my two best friends are like twigs, i dont want to be that skinny, just smaller. But there are huge girls too in my grade, and i dont want to ever get that big.
Also do you know how to stop bitting nails? I have the shortest nails ever! ahha its kinda gross, also my hands sweat a lot, do you know how to fix that?
also, im very athletic, i work out 1 annd a half hours a week, and most weekend i have basketball tournaments, they include 4 or 5 games. i have very strong abs, its just my thighs are so big!
i mean i work out 3 days a week, one and a half hours at a time

    i know what you are gonna say when i tell you this but you have to listen, you are not overweight, and if you want to lose weight so you can get guys, dont do it because guys dont want a stick figure. but im not a ball and chain, so if you really need to lose weight, dont eat chips, soda, ice cream, brownies, cookies, or anything with extra calories in it. join a fitness place, like martial arts or yoga, i lost 30 pounds, this way and continue to lose weight, and it is so healthy. you think it will take a month?, no it takes more time to lose it and keep it off healthly. about your nails, just tell yourself not to bite them, or get some nail polish that is made to taste horrible, so you resist it. your hands probably sweat because you r nervous, so calm down. * oh, and about your weight again, do NOT starve yourself, cause it hurts your body and throwing up just burns your throat and insides. and all the weight will just be back in a month. good luck

    to lose weight you can try jump roping everyday. Watch out on your calories too. Um to stop biting nails try putting on nail polish, put on fake nails, or try buying something at CVS called Bite It. ( not so sure about the sweating)
