How often should you work out to lose weight?

I want to lose 15-20 pounds. And I work out for half an hour 6 days a week. Is this enough for weight loss?
Along with dieting of course.

    That sounds great. You could always mix it up a bit and extend your exercise sessions to say like one hour, 3 times a week so your body doesn’t get used to routine. What type of exercise are you doing? Don’t forget that your diet is just as important as the exercise itself, maybe even more important. So try drink lots of water (defo easier said than done), cut out any fizzy drinks, sweets and chocolate, but make sure you don’t cut it out completely or you’re more likely to binge because of the cravings. You could also try strength training on days of rest, so you don’t have to do cardio everyday. This will help strengthen muscles for when you do your cardio and will also increase your metabolic rate as muscle is metabolically active so you burn more calories even at rest. Good luck 🙂
