How often should i drink diet shakes in 1 day? ?
I want to do a liquid diet starting tomorrow, but i don’t want to drink liquids all day cause i dont’ want to loose weight too quickly or get too used to ONLY liquids, so i figured i would rotate oatmeal in it at certain times. How often should i do the shakes , and how often should i eat oatmeal ? i dont’ wnat to do it unsafely so i figured half food and half liquid is better. Also should i include a snack as well ?

You could do two diet shakes a day. Have one regular well balanced meal a day. Do this for just a short time only. Oatmeal isn’t going to give you a well balanced healthy meal. So probably have either lunch or dinner a regular but low fat and low calorie meal. You’ll be healthier in the long run and more apt to keep the weight off.
