How much weight will I lose if I cut out diet soda?
I currently am not overweight. Always fluctuate 3-4 pounds and a little heavier in the winter, but I eat a good diet and exercise regularly. However, in the last 5 months I’ve began a habit of about 2.5 cans of diet soda a day. If I stop this and maintain my regular lifestyle will I lose weight? How long til I see a difference?

you should lose weight as long as you aren’t substituting those lost calories with extra food. Not too sure how long it will take…sorry
