Ive hit my plateau…ive been stuck on 9st 11lbs for 3 weeks!!!! grrrrrr so nothing lost this week, but im determined to shift it for next week.!

I keep my weight. I never eat too much. Whenever there’s a pound or two announcing itself I eat less until they disappear. I cannot stand the feeling of fat around my waist or anywhere else for that matter. So I lost nothing this week.
But I gained nothing either.

none – I put weight on 🙁 1kg/2 pounds…. but it’s Easter (which means chocolate), I’m on holiday (so less working out) and I have my period! so I’m not too disappointed and it’s back to the grind on Monday… normal work, normal eating and normal workouts.

Congratulations HIIT is the only way I have been loosing weight for 8 months I have lost 20lbs I have 3-4 more to go. I haven’t dieted just exercised but for these last few pounds I am on a low carb diet. 2 days no carbs one day carbs and I am loosing 1 lb a week. But due to my weight training I am toning up. Muscle weighs more than fat so I am not really paying too much attention to weight all I know is I have to go shopping for some smaller clothes 🙂
