How much walking do I do to lose weight?

I’m fifteen. I don’t want the lecture on balanced diets I am only eating salads and fruits and drinking water I don’t care if I need other things. I’m also having vitamins and milk. But how much walking on the treadmill do I have to do a day to lose weight (in time and/or calories) Ty
No I don’t have a eating disorde. I admit it I’m fat and trying to lose weight.

    well it is said a healthy person eats right and gets 30 minutes of exercise every other day. so either 15 minutes a day or 30 every other day!

I do few twists in the morning with my sit-ups before I take a bath then my full routine in the afternoon alternating it with my walking exercise and swimming. Again… no more excuses that it is raining or the usual excuse “that my knees hurt when I walk”….

    Walking will get you no where. (not literally lol) Walking is like doing something half way. People do it because they “stay in shape” and its easy. Well, there is a reason it is easy. It is easy because it is not real exercise. It is only exercise for someone who is 350lbs. If you truly want to lose weight, stick to a few rules, and dont cheat on yourself.

    1-Eat 3 meals a day. (NO snacks)
    2-Do not eat chips, fast food, or junk food (chocolate, candy)
    3-Do not drink pop.
    4-Jog, yes jog 30 minutes a day. If you can only jog for 45 seconds, jog for 45 seconds, and then walk until your heart catches up. As soon as you feel comfortable, you are cheating yourself-Start Jogging again!

    If you do these 4 things, any human on the planet can lose weight. Do not believe the excuses that you have used on yourself. You are lying to yourself. Stick to those 4 rules and you will lose weight.
