How much to exercise to lose weight?

I am 5’2 and 125 pound I wear a size 3,4 ! Fat right!! I need to lose 20-25 pounds to fit into my clothes better. I have been eating 1200 calories a day. I want to know how how much I have to exercise and what exercise to do to lose weight quickly. I would like to lose it from my legs and waist!
I get picked on a lot about my weight!
I want to look better so I don’t feel like a freak!

    nothing is going to target fat in a specific part of your body. when you burn fat, it’s burned from everywhere, not just the muscle being used. calories aren’t the only factor in weight loss. make sure you eat food that is low in fat and low in sugar also. do a regular cardio routine, probably 30 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week, and you’ll start to see results.
