    depends on what % of macros you are going for. If you do low carb, you want more fat than if you are doing high carb. If you are just eating “balanced” you want 20-30% of your calories coming from fats. Which is 260-390 calories, or 28-43 grams of fat.

    Instead of driving to work I walk there. It takes me 20 minutes each day. If you can’t do that, maybe you use lifts?
    Then get off one floor earlier and walk the last bit.,.. it is only a few steps but doing them over and over will make you that extra bit fitter and then maybe you might want to get off two floor earlier.
    You can also start drinking water only. These are all small steps but they work, the main point is sticking to these steps and adding more and more until you will be just fit.
