How many centimetres is an incline of 2 (Treadmill) off of the ground?

I need to know so I have an idea for my Pre- joining fitness test for the Royal Marines. Thanks

That 2 is one of 2 things, either it is some arbitrary level of incline that doesn’t mean anything other than being more than 1 and less than 3, or it is slope. If you were running on the road, the slope would be calculated by

    vertical change/horizontal change

That “2” would be 2%, which is a modest incline. Typically you should always put a treadmill at 1 or higher, its easier on your joints.
