First you’ll need to figure out how many calories you’re eating right now to maintain your weight. Cutting back 3500 calories a week should cause you to lose one pound. I don’t know the conversion for Kilos

reduce eating calories and do more exercise you should do exercise per day one hour complete and also eat less some time keep your self hungry. I think this way would help better.
