1200 calories a day… make sure they are good calories… watch the fat content. I did this and lost at least 2 pounds per week with no exercise, more when I did. I have lost and kept off almost 70 pounds.

it really depends on what you’ve been but with your activity level 1300-1500 calories a day should work. less activity: 1200 calories. good luck!

The average woman needs about 1500-2000 calories per day. Eating 500 calories less than what you burn per day will help you lose 2-3 pounds per week. Don’t underestimate exercise, though; A few minutes of exercise per day can help you eat what you want and still loose weight.

To lose 1 pound a week, you need to subtract 500 calories from whatever you burn each day.

Approximently 1538 calories a day…I do not know your age or acitivity level, so I sort of guessed when i used this calculator. For more accuracy, I’ll direct you to the site!

A pound of fat is 3500 calories. So you would have to burn 500 more than you consume basically.

Its hard to say though, just eat healthy and excercise and it should work itself out.
