How many calories should I be eating and is there such a thing as over-exercising?

I weigh 104-105 pounds, I’m 5’1″ and 15 years old. I exercise while doing the show Bodies in Motion With Gilad everyday for half an hour and for 1 hour on Saturdays. How many calories should I be eating? Also, when I feel that I have eaten too much or if I have extra time, I work out longer. Is this ok? Someone told me I shouldn’t “over-exercise”. Is there such a thing?

    yes there is definitely such athing as over excersicing, the side effects are negative gains and stress fractures along with lots of pain, though you are not at that point. I workount everyday for an hour, go to track practise for 2 hours a day, and track practice 2 hours a day, i was told im border line by a doctor and have to take off saturady, sunday, and take it easy on wednesdays. You will be fine. Good luck
