How many calories should a 13 year old girl consume a day?

Im 13 and lately this past year Ihave gained over 11 pounds. I have been eating alot and there not healthy foods but I cant help it im picky and hate fruit and vegtables. But I have been trying to lose weight, excersice everyday and try to eat healthier. But Idk how many calories I should eat a day?

    regularly, about 2,000 calories, but that also depends on how active you are. If you’re very active than 2,500 calories. However, If you’re going on a diet then you shouldn’t eat past 1,200 calories a day.
