How many calories can i eat per day to maintain my weight?

I am 19 years old and I’m 5’7 and about 125-130 pounds. I’m on my college dance team and we practice about an hour to an hour and a half every day and i run two miles every monday morning and usually bike at the gym for about 20 minutes each day.
How many calories can I eat to maintain my weight?
My workouts are dancing solid for about an hour with a few breaks in between so i’m not sure how strenuous that would be constituted as.

    Well it’s still a little harder to say because no one here knows the intensity of your activity but the average person can get away with approx 2200 calories a day to maintain.

    According to the calorie balance calculator at http://eatnot.com your body burns around 1650 calories while not doing much. If we add to that 715 calories you burn additionally every day (around 500 calories burned while dancing, 200 calories burned at the gym and 15 calories per day from running – 1 mile equals around 100 calories), we get an estimated amount of 2365 calories daily (more or less).

    Keep in mind that it’s all theory and results may (and will) vary. 🙂 Your best option is to weigh yourself every day (or every week) and react to any significant changes.
