If you want to loose weight there is a very specific number of calories to eat. I am personally 109 pounds and I need to eat 6 meals of 166 calories a day to loose a pound a week. Do the math.

If you want to lose weight, and you’re a girl– a good rule of thumb is your current weight x 8. For guys it’s your current weight x 10.
So if you way 200 pounds, and you’re a girl, you should eat 1600 calories (200 x 8) to lose weight at a healthy pace.
If you exercise HARD at least 3 times a week, then you should take your number and add in 200-300 calories to be safe. Or if you want to be extreme about it don’t eat any extra calories at all.

you should be eating 2000 calories daily,
depending on the food each one has a specific amount of calories,
and if u want to tone your stomach ….you should try sit ups but not too much at once or you will get a muscle ache the next day hope it helped

Careful, you sound a bit obsessive over there… talk to your doctor before making any weight loss plans. Eating disorders are not fun, trust me.
On the other hand, caloriecount.about.com is a wonderful website with a great atmosphere for HEALTHY weight loss.
