How many calories and fat gramsshould I have on workout days?

I exercise to build muscle. I am a 22 year old man, am 6 feet tall, 250 pounds – strong but need to lose a few pounds around the gut – I do heavy weight workouts 4-5 times a week for about an hour each day. So, I don’t know how many grams of fat and calories I should take in each day. Can you help? If so, thank-you in advance!

    A lot depends on your metabolism but in general 2000 calories a day is all a person should consumer. Limit your fat grams to 30 a day. Do cardio 2-3 times a week for at least 20 minutes.
