How Many burpies, sit ups or push ups would i have to do to lose weight fast?

i dont have much time each day for exercise and i cant really diet because my whole family eats the same meal.

so does anyone know the answer to my question?

    sit ups don’t really work. study shows that sit up are one of the least effective ways to lose belly fat. i know cuz I’ve been trying to lose some belly fat too.

    running is really good. o-o if u have stairs, u can run up n down for half an hour. or jog around the neighborhood. i just perfer stairs cause my neighbor hood is dangerous..
