How is the fastest way to lose weight?

I really want to lose weight for the summer, and I’m not good at diets, what should i do.

    Remove all products with high fructose corn syrup and take brisk, 20 minute walks. The best plan is to remove all processed food entirely, but starting with all foods containing high fructose corn syrup is a good place to start!

    1: You started this WAY too late, you should’ve been thinking about that in the winter.
    2: their is no miricle solution to it
    3: start going to the gym and running 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes. and if you REALLY want to do it quicker, hire a personal trainer and they’ll whip you into shape in a hurry.
    4: stop eating out

    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
    I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

    small portions, when you eat regular foods, dont season or put condiments on it and right right right after you eat, go on a walk or some kind of excercise. you can also clean your house, you burn calories by simple chores around the house. if you sit down and watch tv right after you eat, then you will get fat. just stay active

    STOP eating fast foods, junk foods [ Twinkies, donuts, potato chips, Ritz crackers, etc. etc. etc. ]
    start eating salads, fruits, chicken, fish [ not fried ], veggies [ boiled or steamed].
    Start walking and working out in a gym. Drink a lot of water.
    No soda pop, too much sugar even the Diet is bad for you.

    Don’t eat anything after 5pm. I eat my main meal around 4pm this has worked for me. About an hour before I go to bed I have a Nature Valley Bar [ Oat’s ‘n Honey ].

    I was 175 in the past 6 weeks I have gone down to 169. Pretty good for my age…
    Good Luck – but I think you waited to long to think about dieting for the summer. Summer is already here for me…

    Eat reasonable portions.
    Eat reasonable foods (ie, no ice cream, chips, etc)
    Exercise.
    Take the stairs rather than the elevator.
    Be active and happy.
    And by all means don’t count calories!!! 🙂

    hi the fastest way ive found is eat less put of the chocolate,cream buns ,takeaways,and every thing thats not good for you and do that fat natalie cassidy d.v.d well she is not fat no more me and my friend have been doing that for three months and god its hard work but we have lost loads of weight and not just that we have lost inches as well so try it and see if it helps ………..
