How fast will I lose weight? Is this decent to lose fat?

It may seem a bit unhealthy, but it’s not that bad. So here it is:

I plan on eating mostly fruits and vegetables and one whole wheat bagel a day, and maybe a little yogurt, and TOFU for protein cause I’m a vegetarian. I’ll eat between 700 – 1000 calories a day and 5 meals a day.

For exercise:

After school, my sister and I play where we are doing a concert sorta thing (we sing along to songs and stuff, yeah, lame, but it’s fun!) and I do alot of running and jumping and dancing. The “concert” goes on for about an hour and a half. I don’t ONLY do that, I have to stop to sing, or catch my breath, or if it’s a slow song, it’s hard to. But I usually do at least 45 minutes of jumping and acting wild. And then I eat dinner, and after dinner I’m gonna do about 30 – 45 minutes of intense DDR while I wait to use exercise equipment (I know DDR counts as exercise sorta, and it’s no different to do it right after eating than it is to exercise, but I NEVER exercise right after I eat, and if I don’t do something active after dinner, I’ll be on my butt the rest of the night so I figure playing DDR until I can exercise is good) and then after that I’ll do 20 minutes of mixed cardio, using my exercise bike and treadmill and then 20 minutes of strength training. I wanna lose 15 – 20 lbs (I’m 130 – 140 lbs at only 5’2″) and tone my stomach mostly, so I do pilates for that.

I also drink 3 liters of water and 3 glasses of green tea

AAAND, I also know from a personal experience that if I go from eating so few calories (which I can lose weight with eating that little) to eating 1500 – 2500 calories of healthy foods and still exercising, I won;t gain my weight back.

So how fast will I lose?

    Join an online support group. In my case, I created my own – FatBlasters. It’s essential that you not feel alone, and reaching out to friends (new or old) is typically a smart move. I just heard about PeetTrainer, but didn’t know about it when I began down the road to weight loss. You have to know that others are out there for moral support – they know things that you couldn’t possibly know, and they’ve probably been “in your shoes” at some point in the past (or present). Share stories, laughter, tears, successes, and failures – share them. There are thousands of communities out there, so keep looking until you find the one that fits you.
