How fast is slim fast? Is it actually fast or is that just to lure you in?
I am doing it and quite like it actually. I thought the milk shakes would be horrible but they are quite nice and the smoothies are gorgeous!! I prefer the ready made milk shakes but the powdered ones are nice too. But i wanna lose like 4 stone to start with. So how long do you think this will take on it?

I support it as the best diet aid and meal supplement, out there. In the U.S., Consumer Reports, a report that does not accept advertising, rates Slim Fast ahead of the more expensive diet plans. Yes for effective. Fast will depend on the dieter’s definition of “fast.” Sorry, I do not have the conversion tables for British metrics.
